Anita Talks Genealogy - Blog Talk Radio
This is a new venue for me, presenting my work through Blog Talk Radio. On June 12, 2009 at 8:00 pm (pst), I will be on the Radio (umm). The first show is going to be about my book, Pieces of the Quilt: The Mosaic of An African American Family. They also have a call in number at, (347) 324-5846. Pieces of the Quilt: The Mosaic of An African American Family is my second book, the first being, Notes And Documents of Free Persons of Color. It is a Family History book, written about historical and extraordinary people in my family. It is written from a Historical and Genealogical Perspective, and includes topics like Indentured Servitude, Slavery, The Underground Railroad, Civil War, and Revolutionary War. My ancestors played a part in all of these historic events, and their lives are chronicled in my book.
